Plan Document Services

These services include preparation of the plan document, adoption agreement and Summary Plan Description (SPD) using the plan’s investment vendor pre-approved plan document.

 

New Pinnacle Consulting Group conducts a compliance review and prepares the draft of the restatement including Plan Document, Adoption Agreement and Summary Plan Description (SPD). 

 

We will work directly with you and/or your attorney to complete the plan document questionnaires, as well as draft or update your plan document, adoption agreement and SPD. If you do not currently have an ERISA attorney, we have an established network of firms we can recommend that provide both legal services. For Employers not using their vendor's documents, New Pinnacle Consulting Group can create pre-approved plan documents through F.T. Williams.
